By creating an account or using QricOn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About the service
QricOn provides tools for cricket match scoring, team and tournament management, player profiles, statistics, rankings, grounds, and related social features. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile and for keeping your account secure. You must provide a valid mobile number and use the app in compliance with applicable laws. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for unauthorized purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. This includes posting false match results, harassing other users, uploading unlawful content, attempting to access accounts or data without permission, interfering with app operation, or using automated systems to scrape or abuse the service.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as team names, photos, match data, and messages. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
Match and scoring data
Match scores, squads, and statistics entered in the app may be visible to participants and other users depending on app settings and visibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter while scoring or managing matches.
Organisers and permissions
Tournament and match organisers may have additional control over teams, squads, schedules, and scoring permissions within their events. By participating, you agree to follow organiser rules that do not conflict with these Terms.
Purchases and Ad Free
QricOn may offer optional paid features such as Go Ad Free (currently ₹199 for 2 months of an ad-free experience). Prices are shown before you confirm. Purchases are one-time for the stated period and do not auto-renew unless clearly marked otherwise. Buying again extends your current Ad Free period. Payments on mobile stores are processed by Google Play or the App Store; refunds, where available, follow that store's policies. We do not store your full card details.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. You may stop using the app at any time.
Disclaimer
QricOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free scoring, or that all statistics will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data, lost profits, or disputes between users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available in the app and on this website.
